The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, during which the winemaking processes, production methods, and the history that makes Franciacorta unique will be explained. A fascinating journey through tradition, territory, and innovation, designed to help you understand every stage that leads to the creation of these exceptional sparkling wines.
This is followed by a guided tasting of four Franciacorta wines of your choice from those produced by the winery, accompanied by taralli and breadsticks, carefully selected to enhance the characteristics of each glass.
To make the experience even more complete, you can add a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, recommended for two people, at a cost of €10.00.

Bookings are made online through the reservation system on the website. Payment is required at the time of booking — it is not possible to pay on site.
You can book up to 12 hours before the start of the experience. For special events (e.g. festivals), the deadline may vary.

Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance (with notice), we may issue a voucher to reschedule the experience. In the case of a no-show without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited with no refund.

The tasting experiences last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The experience with food pairing lasts 2 hours.
All experiences include: an explanation of the winemaking process, the Franciacorta method, and the history of the winery; a visit to the vineyards (weather permitting) and the cellar; and a tasting of Franciacorta wines paired with taralli or breadsticks. The number of glasses varies depending on the selected experience (from 2 to 5 glasses).
