Booking and payment<\/h5>\n    <p>Bookings for experiences at Societ\u00e0 Agricola Castelveder must be made exclusively online through the booking system available on the website.<\/p>\n    <p>Payment is required at the time of booking and is made through the methods available on the platform.<\/p>\n    <p>Bookings can be made up to 12 hours before the start of the experience. For special occasions (e.g. festivals or special events), this deadline may vary.. <\/p>\n\n    <h5>2. Cancellations and refunds<\/h5>\n    <p>It is possible to cancel the booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time of the experience.<\/p>\n    <p>In case of cancellation within this timeframe:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>a full refund will be issued<\/li>\n        <li>the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n    <p>In the event of unforeseen circumstances communicated before the experience, Castelveder reserves the right to evaluate the issuance of a voucher for a new booking.<\/p>\n\n    <h5>3. Booking modifications<\/h5>\n    <p>It is possible to request a modification to the booking (date, time, or number of participants) up to 24 hours before the event.<\/p>\n    <p>Requests for changes must be sent via email to the contacts indicated on the website.<\/p>\n\n    <h5>4. No-show<\/h5>\n    <p>In case of failure to attend without prior notice:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>the booking will be considered forfeited<\/li>\n        <li>no refund will be provided<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h5>5. Cancellation or changes by the company<\/h5>\n    <p>Societ\u00e0 Agricola Castelveder reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking in the event of:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>unforeseen circumstances<\/li>\n        <li>organizational emergencies<\/li>\n        <li>conditions unsuitable for carrying out the experience<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>In such cases, the customer may choose between:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>a full refund<\/li>\n        <li>the issuance of a voucher for a new experience<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h5>6. Participation in the experiences<\/h5>\n    <ul>\n        <li>There is no minimum age requirement for participation<\/li>\n        <li>Children and accompanying guests who do not take part in the tasting may access dedicated rates, where applicable<\/li>\n        <li>Pets are allowed<\/li>\n        <li>Punctuality with respect to the booked time is required<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h5>7. Experiences and availability<\/h5>\n    <p>The experiences offered may vary in content, duration, and availability.<\/p>\n    <p>The maximum number of participants for each event is generally 20 people, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n    <p>Some specific experiences may require a minimum number of participants.<\/p>\n\n    <h5>8. Additional services<\/h5>\n    <p>During booking, it is possible to select additional services (e.g. extra tastings or local products), where available.<\/p>\n\n    <h5>9. Custom requests<\/h5>\n    <p>If no available dates match the customer\u2019s needs, it is possible to submit a request for a customized experience by contacting the company directly.<\/p>\n\n    <h5>10. Acceptance of the terms<\/h5>\n    <p>By proceeding with the booking and payment, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n    <h5>11.
