Franciacorta Brut D.O.C.G. Castelveder

The production method of Franciacorta, which is regulated by the Consorzio Tutela
del Franciacorta Production Code, requires a second fermentation in the bottle.
The wine cannot be released before at least 25 months have passed after harvest,
of which the wine must spend at least 18 in the bottle in contact with the yeast.
Colour:
Bright straw yellow with green highlights.
Bouquet:
Intense and full of character, opening with a biscuity note then enriches the maturity
of the ensemble, it is reminiscent of the crust of fresh bread.
Palate:
Crisp acidity and impressive balance.
Serving suggestions:
A superb aperitif. A wine to enjoy throughout the meal. Adventurous wine-lovers
will enjoy with baked pasta, creamy risottos, seafood and other full-flavoured dishes.
